My wife is a school teacher and she is actually paid a bit above the lower end of that band. She has a lot of experience and has attained the highest qualification and status available for a classroom teacher. She works bloody hard too.

It's a moot point as we've made the choice on Shaw apparently, but you claiming Shaw is "always known as trouble" as a reason for ruling him out, yet advocating targeting a bloke that in the space of a year has been caught drink driving and with drugs rang a little askew to me.

Just needs to build his fitness to get to the right spots and create time, be familiar with the game plan to instinctively know where the options are and decision making to choose best the right one. Also, have a more settled and capable team around him. All things that can come with time, hard work and persistence.

People were saying the same of Lmac until this year. He's improved a lot. Mainly due to fitness and decisiveness.

Of course Stengle would need guidance, but his age fits our profile - and his role certainly is what we need - I rate him as an exciting quick fwd.

Shaw to me fits neither of those criteria regardless of prior behaviour mate. If you disagree fine but I don't want him near us.

he blasted the ball TWICE deep in the pocket straight into the man on the mark.. okay, its fitness. Yeh he can literally kick the ball, he isnt neat.

Lol, so we need a good team around someone that cant kick? I will never knock his endeavour, his courage or his tenacity. But his foot skills are as poor ive seen
