lolYou know what the problem with addiction is? If you're removed from your normal circumstances and you're getting help, you'll be fine, up to a point. That point is when you go back to your 'normal' life. It's like the fatties on Biggest Loser. It's easy when you're in a controlled environment, but in the outside world it is a lot, lot harder. The key is removing the bad elements - the people you were hanging out with that are dealing and/or using. Unfortunately, I have a pretty firm belief that at least one of the latter elements is still at the club. The only solution is to get all the players who have compromised themselves into councelling or some form of rehab. It might hurt the club on the field, but it will be beneficial in the long run.
I still don't think it's outside the realms of possibility
Sorry for butting in, but what exactly are Cousins' problems?
Everyone here seems to know what his problems are but me, and stuffed if Im reading through the myriad of threads devoted to muck-raking one of my favorite footballers.
Does anyone actually know what his 'problems' are exactly, or is it all hearsay?
