Suns are very similar to Carlton. From the outside seems like lots of talented players but no matter what coach they have they suck as a team. Given both teams have had multiple coaches it can't be a coaching issue. Maybe both clubs are poorly managed/run?

I haven’t gone through the list closely but the Suns would have at least 8 or 9 top ten draft picks out there today and many of them are pretty experienced now. They’ve also recruited experience in Ellis and Greenwood.
