A Brisbane supporter I can understand.

As for the "advantage" that Brisbane had at the time. I disagree with concessions bit they had nothing to do with the result in either '02 or '03. That Lions team had its infancy in the mid to late 90's and gre into a strong unit together and were keen to win the flag together - I think a number of Collingwood fans need to accept that in '02 we were good enough to win but didn't and in '03 we met a Lions side that were fired up.

Good to know that somewhere on Good Friday, there are supporters of every other team thinking about hating us enough to post stuff on the web.

We barely deserved to be in the 8 with the team we had in 02, so losing to Voss, Black, Aker, Lappin, Power, Brown and co with the likes of Freeborn, Steinfort, Betheras, etc, at Brisbane's peak by just 9 points was certainly no disgrace.

Sure it hurt, but there are other "champion teams" that haven't even made a Granny.
