So much Cerra talk...
Hopes it’s not not another shiel scenario
Even Shiel would be a massive upgrade on most of our current midfield options.

Cerra improves our midfield significantly, at least he is not a small bodied hybrid trying to pinch hit in there.

The club is a master at kicking own goals. Here are 2 potential mistakes in the offing
1) Recruiting Cerra without dealing back into the top 10 via player swap or pick upgrades,
2) Letting Ross Lyon pick all his assistants like Hayes and Mcqualter. These guys know how to come second not first. If the other positions are filled with premiership success it is ok but not Harvey in additon.

I have no idea why posters continue to reference Darcy Parish in relation to our young players, likening Dow and LOBs or even SPS’s development to his, its miles off the mark, Parish was not a slow burn, like people keep claiming, in Parish‘s first season, he averaged over 20 possessions and 3 tackles per game, none of Dow, O’Brien or SPS, even in their 4th and 5th seasons are even close to that.

Yeah - McQualter certainly came second all those years as a Richmond assistant coach…

Would have happened more than you just once before.
From memory Bears of 1995 made it on 10 wins, half the amount we had won on top of ladder that season.

Yeah, they finished 10-12 after the H&A campaign. In week 1 of the Finals, our 13 point win over the Bears was our 4th lowest win of the year.

Jon Ralph just said he believes Luke Power and Andrew Russell will be the only ones who survive the review and remain at the club

Hasnt Mcqualter got 2-3 premierships as an assistant?

A bit surprised at Russell keeping his job to be honest. We've been anything but high performance. He was supposed to be in charge of physical AND mental fitness.
