From memory Bears of 1995 made it on 10 wins, half the amount we had won on top of ladder that season.

1) Recruiting Cerra without dealing back into the top 10 via player swap or pick upgrades,
2) Letting Ross Lyon pick all his assistants like Hayes and Mcqualter. These guys know how to come second not first. If the other positions are filled with premiership success it is ok but not Harvey in additon.

in relation to our young players, likening Dow and LOBs or even SPS’s development to his, its miles off the mark, Parish was not a slow burn, like people keep claiming, in Parish‘s first season, he averaged over 20 possessions and 3 tackles per game, none of Dow, O’Brien or SPS, even in their 4th and 5th seasons are even close to that.
