Although I wouldn't have minded Teague to stay, only because I was worried a 4th coaching change in less than ten years would bode terribly unless there is a cultural change.

It seems, though, Sayers is cleaning house at every level. This in itself would be a massive club wide cultural shift. Then bringing in Lyon makes sense.
