Yep, if you divided as a board, only thing to do to get back a united one, is a few leave of their own making.
This is what I wanted to see from our board, genuine leadership. People of conviction staying true to what they think is best for club. A divided board is no good for the club so people stepping aside is a good way, if cannot find a way to find a common ground of conviction.

Obviously this would have come up and been discussed. Obviously the club sees no issue with this. He's been at the club post playing for like 12 years accrued so impossible to hide from anyone if it was so serious to be a concern.

Attend board meetings and have a clue about football to put it simply.

They are the conduit between the Footy Department and the board, going both ways in terms of reporting and requesting.
