Of course it is. The question is, what's happening?

It.

Of course, I used to be with 'it' but then they changed what 'it' was. Now what I'm with isn't 'it' any more, and what's 'it' seems weird and scary.

Greg Williams. People need to remember the director of football is not an operational role. It is an ov

Diesel football director which is a different job to head of football.
Nope. Diesel as Football Director. Head of Football unknown at this stage.

Gotcha - Diesel replacing Judd.

Sounds good to me, someone on the board who won't hold back if he feels decisions are being made which go against the stated goal of improving on-field performance.

“Dual Brownlow medallist and AFL premiership player Greg Williams believes his failing memory can be traced back to the heavy knocks he took while playing football. Williams, 49, says the memories of his career are fading fast and he can no longer recall much of it”

If he can forget Carlton’s performances since 2014 it might be a good start

Attend board members and have a clue about football to put it simply.

They are the conduit between the Footy Department and the board, going both ways in terms of reporting and requesting.
So it is not a decison making role as such ?

But no Clarko... or was his manager taking the absolute piss today by saying he wouldn't coach next season? 🤔

It seems that Barass is a liddle bit preoccupied with other matters.

Although I wouldn't have minded Teague to stay, only because I was worried a 4th coaching change in less than ten years would bode terribly unless there is a cultural change.

It seems, though, Sayers is cleaning house at every level. This in itself would be a massive club wide cultural shift. Then bringing in Lyon makes sense.

I'm happy to be excited as anyone, and more than happy to see Liddle and Co go.

Same time I feel a bit iffy dancing on Teague's metaphorical grave and anyone else that's loss their job. But it will be what it is I guess.

Sorry but strongly disagree with this.

Kouta embodies “self interest”.

Exactly what we don’t need.
What an absolute load of shit.
Kouta would be awesome to have back at the club in some capacity. He is clearly a driven person and done well for himself in his personal career. He bleeds blue and loves the club. I would love for Kouta to be back at the club
