Apologies for any inconvenience. We will try to find a replacement.
They'd know we have the most financial flexibility.Edmund saying that Gold Coast approached North around Macpherson & pick 19.
Looks like we are in the box seat.
Is that you giving Mason Cox a pat on the back?..

I fail to see how Kangaroos4eva with a long stick has anything to do with this
l can't see us going after Wallis if we have him...either 1 will most likely be playing in the vfl a lot unless we get a lot of injuries..Actually don't mind Macpherson the player at all tbh.
Had his best year in the middle in 2019 as a 20 year old when he got this contract and was 3rd in their B&F, he can find the ball and was averaging 6 tackles (7th in the AFL) a game.
He's not a big goal scorer, but still went at almost a goal a game in 2018.
Remembering that all of Tuner, Zurhaar, Mahoney and Lazzaro all average around the 11 disposals a game mark.
If we can get a half forward that knocks out 15 per game and 4+ tackles a game as steaknives to the pick 19, Noble would be pretty happy with that considering he wanted "one or two more pressure forwards".
Definitely a possible player in all of this.
AFL.com.au understands the Pies are set to land the Suns' picks 22, 46 and 58 in a trade for future selections in the second and third rounds.

"Gold Coast is also in discussions about a deal with North Melbourne that would see the Roos pick up selection No.19 and Darcy Macpherson while also absorbing the small forward's salary, as reported by AFL.com.au last week.
But that deal still has some way to progress before being worked through, with the Continental Tyres AFL Trade Period opening officially on Monday and running through to next Wednesday night.
Hawthorn had also been interested in the salary dump move involving Macpherson, with the Hawks' offer including a bid to claim the Suns' pick No.3 as part of the swap"
Macpherson will be playing a lot of seniors
Yep.As can I, as it currently stands, he's a better player than Mahoney.
Seeing as he and Mahony play the same and Mahony did ok last year with his pressure before getting injured who's spot will he take. We have enough mids so l cant see him taking someones spot in there...Dumonts spot, if he goes, may be taken by JHF...Macpherson will be playing a lot of seniors
He is better than Mahony. But they will probably both play early. There are a handful of guys in their 2nd year, they all wont play 22 games. Macpherson may not either, but he will spend more time in the seniors than the scoobsSeeing as he and Mahony play the same and Mahony did ok last year with his pressure before getting injured who's spot will he take. Mahony earn't his spot by seasons end before his injury so while DMac might get a game or 2 during the start of the season l think he will only be in the starting 22 if Mahony isn't ready to play..As can I, as it currently stands, he's a better player than Mahoney.
I can't see GC giving up pick 3... well, I can't see a normal club giving up pick 3.
Mahony had better up his numbers. As should a number of othersMahony earn't his spot by seasons end before his injury so while DMac might get a game or 2 during the start of the season l think he will only be in the starting 22 if Mahony isn't ready to play..
Numbers are not every thing.. Sometimes its off the ball efforts, that, while we dont see them coaches do...Mahony had better up his numbers. As should a number of others
