I'll throw you a quick lesson shitlips. You want to put sh*t on damicky for taking a break with mental health issues when you did exactly the same. Posters that live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones![]()
Playing for 3 clubs before you play 20 SFA games sounds like a desperate need for attention— but that’s just my analysis
Will any of the admin candidates work hard to ensure Damicky doesn’t play at every club inside 6 seasons?Let’s get back on topic:
Has anyone got a question for any of the Admin Candidates?

Superior? Maybe … to be sure of that it should have been decided by the votes of the clubs, not the Admin.
That can be solved at a club LG level. The new Admin should be above things like that. Will any of the admin candidates work hard to ensure Damicky doesn’t play at every club inside 6 seasons?![]()
Are you suggesting that all club representatives vote on committee decisions purely based on what is best for the SFA and not their own self interest? But you're not going to change the process by complaining about it in an publicly viewed thread.
If you want to see this changed, get your committee rep to take it to the committee for discussion.
It's like you have no idea how the league works![]()
The clubs should vote on applications for the Admin role, not the current Admin. They were denied the chance to assess a candidate without due process and that is a grave error of judgement.
Would you be happy to leave it to the committee to sort out without public comment if the Admin had decided that he thought kdavva was unlikely to stick around, PMBangers posting style was too undisciplined and Barrybran was just going to cruise through without trying to improve the league and dismissed them as option for not passing the “sniff test”? You would then be left with Kennedy Parker as the sole candidate deemed worthy of the position based purely on the whim of NaturalDisaster … and may not even be aware who the disallowed candidates were.
Don‘t mix up this process with other committee decisions because they are two separate issues.
Why?I agree with you that the process for accepting candidates should have been discussed by the committee, rather than independently by ND.
Hmm, I haven't thought of this deeply but off the top of my head:Instead of focussing on recruitment, would like thought on retention strategies and assistance once someone commits to signing up to play.
I am attacking your persona, it's a attention seeking, everything has to be about me, please pity me persona.Just remember that we only attack personas in the Sweet FA
I am just excited that I have the support of my friends in the NC at this time
3 seasons is a good goal but if an admin felt they had more to achieve or needed longer for their vision to take place Id understand them wanting it to be longer, along as they're still committed to the day-to-day of the role.Sorry Baz
Your answer to my question is equally important
In fact, I would be interested to hear what PMBangers & Kennedy Parker thoughts are too
YesHappy to scoot off. The Sweet FA has been a breeding ground for little more than general *******tery for years now.

Which brings me to my question, and I could ask all candidates this : PMBangers Barrybran kdavva and you KP.
Over the last bunch of seasons, the management team (meaning the coalition of adminship and relevant mods) have dropped the ball on official threads, allowing a torrent of rubbish to pervade important threads such as the Signups and the Rules threads. Will you take steps to regain control (if it's not too late) of these threads to keep them generally on-point? I won't ask what the steps are, because they are obvious. But will you take them?
Why?
I believe that a leader shouldn’t have any control over who replaces them.
But that’s my opinion.
If it was an issue I was deeply concerned about I’d get Muddiemoose to take the issue to the committee
Pretty much all admins before Ant Bear were hand picked by the previous admin.
Hmm, I haven't thought of this deeply but off the top of my head:
The admin making contact with players that are opting to leave to understand why they want to leave would help, if its just not a great club fit that's an easy fix, but if it's something deeper like a dislike of combativeness, or how some people post, or how long match threads get, its probably not something we can do too much about. What were your ideas for this?
That can be solved at a club LG level. The new Admin should be above things like that.
Can the candidates outline what they will do to help the transition of rookies into the league? Every year the leakage of new rookies out of the SFA undermines the hard work done to bring them in.
Instead of focussing on recruitment, would like thought on retention strategies and assistance once someone commits to signing up to play.

Not quite correct. Change can often be brought about by shining a light on an issue.I agree with you that the process for accepting candidates should have been discussed by the committee, rather than independently by ND.
But you’re either not understanding (or deliberately refusing to understand) my point that complaining about it in a public forum like this isn’t going to change things.
Send a PM to your committee rep and get them to talk about it there. The committee has the power to change things— by relentlessly complaining across multiple threads just makes you look like you don’t understand how the league works.
I'm not reading all that guff. You are constantly sniping damicky and when I see it I'm gonna pull you up on it.Maybe you should read my post again.
I wasn't making fun of the #DaNeedy one taking a break during the off-season. I support and advocate people stepping away from the SFA when they need to. Thus why I did it last season and I've suggested it to others from time to time as well. (Even though old Mozzie19 revealed that #DaNeedy 's break was just an act anyway to draw attention to himself, but that's a seperate issue about some people being sh*t campaigners)
My previous post made no comment of anyone's mental health issues and you should make sure your capable of understanding what you're reading when you're posting late at night.
You wouldn't want old mate I "only ever call people Numbnuts and nothing worse" having a sook about you having comprehension issues.
If you read my post again you'll see that I made fun of someone who can't stay at a club for more than 8 weeks because they expect too much attention from their team mates.
How does that effect you? Will any of the admin candidates work hard to ensure Damicky doesn’t play at every club inside 6 seasons?![]()

Now enough of your sh*t and let's allow the thread to maintain it's topic.
