Quality. I’ll never forget the Black Forest Cake you used to do at the cake shop you had on the East Side. I remember we nearly lost one day because I had three pieces at half time and could hardly move. If I recall correctly, Mobbs was on the Pritikin Diet that week and fortunately for us he didn’t fill up on cake. He got us over the line.
