... the problem I have is the glorification of the wrong thing. It isn't the Bloods culture, and it's not player centred; it's the hundreds of people involved around the club who implement development at all levels, its the coaches and the coaching of their ones, reserves and their academy, and it's got zero to do with a mythologised past. How do u say that? there’s heaps to learn from & to implement.
What is better to learn from than an exemplary example?
Solid coaching- great game plan, structure, development & buy in by all involved, which has been shown as repeatable and long lasting.
Playing list- great development & also trading history
Game Style- has evolved & has been solid & winning for years.
Players- awesome development, stars & work horses that play there role, good skills, clean, great work ethic, play for each other & play good footy.
... this is dumb. You're actively arguing in favour of a media landscape that refuses to analyse things in favour of mental shorthand terms like 'Bloods culture'.You’re being very pedantic over labeling, which is actually very well deserved, we don’t have half the belief, winning culture & commitment they have.
Media make s**t up, they are a very good club & u need to call it something
