Furthest I’d go for Henry is 25 + 33 for Henry+ 41.
Effectively it’s:
Henry + 41 for Esava +38 + 48 + 55 + FR2 (32ish) + FR4 (60ish)
Hmmmm. It’s already a lot.
I’d walk away if that isn’t agreed.
38 will be 40 this year (not gonna go through all the bids that come back in because there'stoo much lol), so it's 32, 40 + Sav for Henry and 43. 48, 55 and FR4 (which would be 70 not 60 and wouldn't get used either).
43 pretty much cancels out 40, so then it's 32 and Sav for Henry - which I can deal with. I know it seems like a lot, but this draft will be lucky to have 50 picks, let alone 60, so it's not bad when you consider 3 of those picks as utterly worthless to us.
Also, if it does work out how we think it might, then Bowes comes for a Future 3rd. So if we'd given Brisbane a Future 3rd in that trade and then GC a Future 2nd, it works out the same...as long as we only have to give up that 3rd.
Essentially, even if we didn't get back 41, our total outlay of usable picks would be:
Pick 18
Pick 33 (Sav)
Pick 38
Future 2nd (32ish)
Future 3rd (50ish)
For:
Pick 7
Bruhn (Former Pick 12)
Bowes (Former Pick 10
O. Henry (Former Pick 17)
Picks 18, 33, 38, 32, 50 would be needed to get up to Pick 7 alone, IMO. The other 3 would then be essentially free. That's the whole picture for mine, and why I originally suggested giving the Pies the Sav compo, to get the deal over the line. If we got Pick 41 back, it gets even more positive- but I ultimately don't think it's necessary, IMO.
Add in possibly getting McKenna free, and as I've said a few times throughout this thread, we come out so far ahead it's ridiculous, lol
