They have signed a confidentiality agreement.

They are part of an independent process aimed at achieving this, but are yet to be interviewed.

He stepped away for mental health. We don't know the full story.

On one hand, it could be a way of him not being publicly found guilty and this is a way to serve his suspension without that stain. On the other, it could be that he is struggling with the pressure of coaching while having this thing hanging over his head. The truth is probably somewhere in the middle, and I lean more towards the former. I also think it stinks happening on the weekend when we celebrate Aboriginal Australia's contribution to footy, and Aboriginal Australia celebrate the feelings of pride and joy that footy has brought them.
