I've had enough of all of these kents already.

Nothing would satisfy me more right now than drafting H.Reid and watch him kick a bag against the tin-rattlers.

And anyone else wanting to entertain splitting the pick in this massively compromised draft needs to give themselves an uppercut as well.

* me so we need to wait another 3 months to know what’s happening. I don’t know if I can hang on that long. Does the North trade seem more likely than before or is it just that that’s all they’ll offer?

I straight up asked, no confirmation on any talks between the two, the port pick would have to come into play if they need to bid on Sanders.

Will give it a week.

Did find out something else very strange today about Simmo, an ex player directly said some in the playing group aren't fans which shocked me. The ex players name I won't say here but not even sure they had any crossover.

There's bound to be a few at every club who aren't too fond of their coach, usually blokes on the outer.

Possibly a few who've been played out of position during their time at the club; Clark, XoN, Brander and Ainsworth types. Come in playing a role during juniors and have to completely change up to get in the side and never really come on.

Could be a family thing as well.

If you've watched the team play in the last 2 years I cannot see how anyone could be suprised that there's some players that don't like the coach

Wouldn't surprise me if it was Winder / Trew. Those on the outer.

Curtin is absolutely no flight risk. Has already lived in 4 cities growing up. Trying to convince anyone otherwise is pure stupidity on that basis.

The one that pisses me off is Jed Walter. Started playing footy here in WA, family moves to GC when he's 9, continues playing footy, gets added to GC academy at 12. Now that is just how ****ed the system is and the benefit the academy clubs have. He was never going to not be a footy player. Have GC helped his development? Sure, but it's not like he was doing anything else or they dragged him over from rugby.

It’s a disgrace

Was there any indication what sort of section it was?

Like if it's O'Neill, Winder, Trew, Rotham Waterman, Edwards (2) - not a massive deal. Rotham is probably the only development failure there, maybe H Edwards and Waterman is probably sick of being thrown around.

But if it's Allen, Bazzo, Chesser, Hough and last year's crop it's a real problem.

If it's the seniors, please just go.

Would have been a good year for a fresh approach, but you can't have that when we're signing secret extensions can we Nizzy?

No I laughed it off as it seem funny.

PM me hun and I'll tell you.

Callum Sinclair was not a big fan of Simmo

Naturally in any workplace there will be a glut of people who don’t like the boss, regardless of how good they are. It’s also very much not Simpsons job to be liked.

Harley's knee must be fine as he's been named in the Centre for Bendigo's Wildcard game against Geelong (incidentally they played Geelong last week without Harley and lost). This may well be the last game Harley plays before the draft. I'll be heading over to Ballarat to photograph all four games played at Mars Stadium over the weekend.

Looking for any info that supports what I want to hear

North also still don’t have confirmation on what picks they’ll have access to either. Still a decent chance they have to use the Port pick on Sanders and may still keep McKay (if they don’t get pick 3 he’s staying). Will pretty much rule out a trade if they need to match any Sanders bid unless a player, like Thomas potentially, leaves.

Also if that info is true it basically rules out Melbourne. Can’t see why that last bit wouldn’t be true either. Splitting for Curtin is the only thing that makes sense.

They can't force McKay to stay mate, unless they pick him up again in the PSD. They can only force a trade.

lollll is that Snake_Baker? How I've missed his particular brand of psychosis on this site.

The one and only, think he's given up Bigfooty for Twitter for now.

Popped up in my feed he had one of his meltdowns at SirSwampThing for having the AUDACITY to provide stats/trivia from AFLW as well.
