He's been captaining South Australia for almost a decade now and he's a lock in the side. Should be made Vice-Captain at least. In my view, Cummins should be rested from the West Indies Tests this summer, which would give Head a good chance to have a crack at the Test Captaincy.

We're probably also a little more set for middle order talent compared to opening talent, though neither are overflowing it must be said.

Great call earlier on what a clutch player Head is. His best performances have mostly come in important matches.

To bolster his candidacy for AOTY, he also won us the World Test Championship in June almost off his own bat with 163 in the first innings.

Two world championships in one year because of this legend.

No, I just know that I’m correct and that you are having a tremendous struggle dealing with it. You’re desperate for your assessment of me to be right but it’s not and you continue to revisit this thread and a couple of others to try and nibble on any morsel of sustenance that keeps your theory alive.

The reality is mate I can just string two consecutive words together and I don’t share your exact point of view. That’s what it boils down to. Remove either of those factors and you’d have f***ed off from this exchange some time ago.
