One off match at Glenferrie Oval for the Freo vs Hawthorn final for the lolsonly if they have to play Freo
1 Sydney
2 Brisbane, gws, Freo, bulldogs
3 Geelong, Hawthorn, Port
4 Essendon, Carlton, Melbourne, Collingwood
I agree with your wind down and come good basis wrt Sydney. But geez no one expected that last night. I wouldn’t know what t expect of Sydney now.I have seen Sydney's situation before. Team dominant for a greater part of the year, wind down a little as we approach finals, then come good at the business end. Sydney would still be favourites in my book, but a good case can be made for Brisbane Lions. Other teams will need to have everything go right for them to challenge for the flag. Who knows, in three weeks time, I may change my mind .... again![]()

They should play there to progress to the next round. Huge advantage. I think they're vulnerable at the G (still bloody good mind) in a way they aren't at Tassie.Serious question if Hawks get a home final do they play it in Tassie to grow the game
We just destroyed the Saints who beat Swans are you happyThe Lions have been winning, but haven't destroyed a team since round 15. The Bulldogs' wins have been more impressive. Still a few weeks to play out and a few players set to come back from injury though.
Lions should be strong premiership favourites right now (I haven't checked the odds, just a gut feel). We just destroyed the Saints who beat Swans are you happy
Ecstatic! We just destroyed the Saints who beat Swans are you happy
Still not convinced about them. Beat or go close to beating us at the Gabba and I’ll take notice of GWS. I think the Giants will lose to us and the Dogs in the final round and finish 7th or 8th. Semi or prelim is where I think they’ll finish.
No. Just no.At $4.60 we’re rated a 21.7% chance of winning it.
That’s only a little more likely than rolling a 6, when you roll a 6-sided die.
Reality dictates that it’s still far more likely we do not win it, than win it. Sydney are also still shorter than us.
No. Just no.
Just no.It’s cute that you went hunting for old posts, however you have just doubled down on the fact you do not understand basic probability.
