I think its that they get run into the ground during the EPL season, they get a worse break over xmas, you get wicked fixture congestion that other leagues don't have, the pace of the EPL is insane week to week, and players are breaking through younger and younger so you see guys like Saka physically break, or Fodens form be woeful for the first what, 16 match days?
