Yes list needs attention as well but need some sort of a game plan/system first.

Voss and assistants need a major overhaul.

It’s become very clear we are no where near it.

Even at the depths of the salary cap penalties, I still maintained hope for the future, but this is worse for me because there was so much hope and expectation.

The second half fade outs are mental and the side has no belief in the direction they're being given.

I like Voss as a person and he was one of my favourite players of all time, but the fragility of this team is his responsibility.

We look legit bottom 4. We’ve the talent and weapons to win some games, sure, but we should expect to lose most weeks, and no game is a gimme for us. I’d currently tip North to beat us by 12 goals. They have young talent hungry for success - they’ll LOVE the free space, gifts and chances we offer up. We have prime age talent, confused and frustrated and going nowhere, looking as disinterested as I can recall. Can’t even find the passion and energy to get reported or tear a jumper.
