The coach develops the players, the coach picks the players. It's the coach who is ultimately rewarding shit players with a game.

That you think it's not Voss fault shows an underlying vibe of you not having a clue about what you're talking about.

Voss sets zero examples of the senior players by dropping them into the VFL.

That's how weak of a coach he is

The players are not performing to AFL standard, Cripps should be the first player axed and made to play VFL until he improves.

He is by far the Blues worst performing player, a shadow of his brownlow winning self. Doesn't go when it's his turn (barely standing by as the wizard bolted past him and kicked the goal!!).

You're one of those types that watches football at such a basic level you have no idea what's going on around the ground.

He goes constantly.

Then when a play unfolds and he's already put in 2-3 efforts in a short space of time you think he's standing by rather than noticing he's spent for that period of play due to to previous efforts.

Get a clue.

The fact remains the players are responsible for kicking goals and stopping the opposition from scoring their own. The Carlton players and players alone should be copping the blame for their winless start to the year.

Horse looks happy and refreshed and enjoying life. Why would he want a whole draw full of knives plunged into his back by taking the Carlton job when the plum Tassie job is in the offing if he was considering a comeback?

Because he can't coach.

There was an article which mentioned when he arrived and how he sat down with the players and asked them what kind of game style they would like to play.

At the time I thought who the **** cares what the players want. You're the coach, you're the one that has to come up with the game plan to bear other teams game plans.

Voss is utterly clueless when it comes to that aspect of the game.

He's the league's easiest coach to out coach.

I guess the main thing is that you can’t just fire your playing list and get a new one next week.

Whether it’s the list or Voss that’s the problem, only one of those can be changed quickly. Might as well try sacking the coach and see what happens.

31 disposals, 21 uncontested, 80% in the back half and only 177m gained. Just plays it safe as you say to look good on the stat sheet. Doesn’t take the game on at all. Really is a fake elite player
