JSoS isn’t, he’s going.Great to see Walsh laughing - doesn't look unhappy to me![]()
Nah, he's poor down forward.
Was patchy at Adelaide, he was 3rd fiddle to Curnow & McKay multiple times and still couldn't fire a shot.
3rd tall fwd requites a reasonable footy IQ - have to be content with unrewarded running, being ignored, creating space behind you etc. Gov is not good at any of that.

The good news is - WCE are struggling even worse than us so it probably won't matter.Playing Cripps injured has worked so well for us in the past....
We all know the drill for team selection.
Out: Young players
In: Experienced conditional players.

He needs to go back to the VFL and learn how to:They played together 8 times in the forward line (2 of those games curnow/gov got subbed out so 6 full games when we were a bottom 2 side). He was such a "poor" forward that's why Adelaide give him a contract extension at about approx 650k a year at the age of 22, ranking elite in the competition for average goal assists. He was injured throughout all of 2015 which was his 1st year. The next year he kicked 30+ goals. Compare that to kemp's 2nd year of footy where he played 2 games at the end of 2021. You can criticise him all you want for his career at carlton, but to try and disrespect his work at Adelaide is outrageous.

Question, if H comes in, could McGovern go out with Young going back?
Would prefer the 2nd option with Gov out in both scenarios.Think we're too tall down back as it is, would prefer Cowab + one of Haynes or Gov out for Carroll and Boyd.
Praise the lordcripps may still not be 100% - lord helps out with the in and under stuff.

Carazzo also improved but they the exceptions.Josh Dunkley? Was an awful kick when drafted. Still ugly but highly effective now
Kouta was a bloody awful kick when he arrived at Carlton
I reckon Cripps kicking has improved a lot since being drafted

Wonder what he is thinking??Jsos has had a serious look on his face over last little while
Cripps has alway been brave and leads from the front but i agree, sometimes knowing when to step back and trust your teammates (staff) is the hardest thing for a leader to learnTime for us to be a club where it doesn’t matter if our best player has to sit out.
Wonder what he is thinking??
