Good & bad culture is such a crock.
You win and the culture is 1st class.
Lose and there’s a poor culture. Losing vs winning is the ingredient of culture.

Sure no club has a bad culture at AFL level but searching for ingredient to boost their form on the paddock (other than HFC who are full of smart a* flogs).

Unless you’ve got players (or staff) undermining the program, clubs aren’t imploding on bad culture.
What crap

I’d like more, still.

I want the opposition to have to worry about him a bit. I don’t think coaches would be planning to limit Cerras influence.
We can unlock him further by getting him to be more outside rather than stuck as another inside midfielder hunting the ball at every contest

Same story as most other weeks this year. Had territory dominance for periods but didn’t put it on the scoreboard. Got absolutely torn apart in defensive transition. Conceded too many easy goals.

Big money players were almost all terrible. Lord a positive. HOF raw but showing signs. Doc back in some form. Haynes and Cerra good again.

You can’t be serious.. Man bleeds blue and carried our midfield like Judd did before him. The only Brownlow medallist we have but yeah. Terrible player
One criticism I'll have of him is preferring Clarke to coach our midfield when that is probably our weakest line right now, despite the players in it.

Wrong. Culture can affect performance in all large and small organisations. It's not a one way street.

Curnow shits me to tears. Just superhero efforts only, never any grit or toughness or willingness to sacrifice for anyone else. Does not do the percentage thing ever.
Certainly completely different to his brother, Ed, in that sense.

Can you hear me Voss?

We don’t play a modern game style.Clearance doesnt stack up anymore.

We lack every aspect of the modern gameplan; drive off half back, pace through the middle, overlapping runners and pressure/goal threat small forwards.

Talent covered up our deficiencies for as long as it could but the wheels are starting to come completely off.

The speed of GWS absolutely killed us,we had no answers for it.
It really exposed how slow we are.
A turnover in our half of the ground was just scooped up by the Giants and with the speed of light they were running on top of the ground back down into their forward 50 leaving our defence caught with their pants down.

I’ve been mentioning this for months.
If there is split between the senior players and the coaches then there’s a big decision coming at the end of the year. I wonder which way the club will go. Sack the coach for not getting the best out of the players or trade one or two underachieving senior players who might not have any idea about getting the best out of the group?

Don’t kid yourself. We don’t run and carry. Multiple times should have used the handball to open the game up and we ignored and kicked to a contest. Nothing to do with pace. Just coaching and style of play.

realistic option is…

Get a better thinking coach that understands/appreviates how the game has and is continually changing

tweak the list to favour players more adaptable to the modern game.

Weitering was pathetic and I’m being generous … hogan owns him … I also feel sorry for voss now , I use to think it was him but these leaders are crap , your telling me mckay curnow tdk walsh earn 1m a year when they are average at best … wow … 46k memebers rocked up to that … atleast show some spirit , endeavour .. hint for the ball and man … give me something … I go to every game possible even went to Adelaide to watch the pathetic losers and things what I get week after week … cya at Essendon game but heck your driving me crazy

He’d be top 5 b&f right now.
Top 3 for me behind George and Jack.

Agreed. The list manager and recruiting team need to go. They have completely misread the direction the game is going.
