CBS are officially revealing the cast Thursday our time which. makes me think surely 49 people won't be on it.

22 names in that list so a few are alternates you'd assume, I'd be at least one of the 48 names would be an alternate.

Mike White's the biggest surprise of that, amazing he agreed to do it.

Old school players are so disappointing for mine, don't know what Colby, Stephanie, Coach, Aubry or Ozzy would bring that we haven't seen multiple times before from them, especially if its true Rob C was a very late cut.

Rest of the cast seems fine if a little bland.

Presume it’s just like Rupert or Malcolm or Russell where they popped on their season but others out there will know little or nothing about them because the seasons didn’t air before they headed out

His first season he's arguably the best character they've ever had but every other season it's felt like he's trying to play that role again instead of being himself. I'm worried we're gonna see the same thing with Q too

I think having Joe, Kyle and Kamilla is way too much fodder and just recency bias from a very poor season overall. Tiffany is an awful pick from another very average season too.

Sounds like this plus 2 from 49 is all but official. 24 people and 26 days will be uh... interesting.

If the cast is as per above it doesn't move the needle much for me.

Colby sucked whenever he was previously on, can't imagine he would be any better now, guy would be in his 50s?

Those players from the 30s seasons the most interesting to me. Christian, Mike White, Angelina, Chrissy, Devens.

Did Dom not want to play again? I have a bad memory but must be heap more from that era that have never got to play again who I'd prefer to see then Colby, Ozzie, Aubry etc for the millionth time

Jesse from the new era stiff too if he wanted to play.

Dom would have been a great choice for me and I assume he would have been very keen as he has been involved in other reality TV recently i think

Why do we need Cirie again especially when she's playing in Aus Survivor?
Why can't we have Carolyn? (we know this is because she played Traitors and is not Cirie)

Cutting Rob C just to cast Colby and ****ing Ozzy...

All three of Joe, Kyle, Kamilla is absurd given the whole thing with Kyle and Kamilla was keeping their relationship hidden - but everyone going out there has just seen that and seen Kyle win from it??? Makes no sense.

The season with Yam Yam and Carolyn was fine but not sure that keen to see them play again. That's probably the best thing about that cast above if it is correct, the OTT types like those two, Maryanne, Frannie etc not being picked.
