Craig Bradley belongs on top of that list. Obviously not going to happen, but his 89 SANFL games pre national competition make him the overall games record holder.

I fondled the groin area of an opponent that kept grabbing and hassling me. I kissed another bloke that got all aggressive and seemed to be spoiling for a fight. Didn’t always work, another bloke that was annoying me straight up decked me when I brushed his groin area. I was able to wrestle to a draw on the ground before it was broken up and we both got sent off. That was lesson learned, he was going to kill me.

waiting to hear more detail... but personally I don't want inappropriate touching in the game, even if the player says they are OK with it. the AFL probably feels the same way. and the next player it happens to may not be OK with it.

there is a culture of silence that bobs up in a range of ways... coaches saying "nah, I didn't see the incident" when they clearly did (Nicks even commented on the Filthy head bump last night?) and we magically don't have any gay AFL players.

calling this stuff out seems positive to me.

haha, that what I thought. WTF, for 100 years forwards used to squirrel grip their defenders. Ablett himself was famous for it.

Be interesting to find out the actual details of this. In the modern era with cameras covering every angle, would a player really be that dumb as to fiddle with the franks and beans or the back door deliberately mid game?

The only thing I could think of was a finger got to close to the cornhole as to why this player complained. The package is bound to be a victim of accidental touching in tackles etc. It never occurred to me to fondle anyone though when I played. But thought the squrriel grip stories to be funny.

Ok well why was it reported on and the photo sent around every where?? Just investigate internally and if something is found to be untoward then report on it publicly. But if it's actually a nothing to see here then two players have been exposed unnecessarily.

Interesting “fact”.

Assume we lose to Collingwood, Brisbane lose another game and Geelong win their last 2 games. The top position will come down to % between us and Geelong. Now if Gold Coast win their remaining matches they could
finish THIRD and Collingwood FOURTH. Geelong may choose to have a lowish win so they play Gold Coast at home rather than Collingwood at the MCG

There is still a lot of water to go under the bridge.

We just need to win our last three matches and not worry about other teams.

Yeah but would you rather play Collingwood in the qualifier or the prelim?
