Given Geelong have knocked over Adelaide, Collingwood, Hawthorn, Freo, Bulldogs, and Gold Coast this year I think they have earned their spot. Sad to think soft losses to St Kilda and Carlton cost top spot.

He’s right in predicting we’ll be easy beats in finals? Guess we’ll see. Id be interested to see ranking of wins against top 8 and bottom 10 - think I saw one a month or so ago that had us doing a lot better than people were saying. We remember the recent games but you don’t pick the draw. It was tough early on and we did very well in that period - a couple of losses but we won quite a few against the odds. We are right in it and I’d doubt too many teams would be keen playing us in finals
