If we take out Docs, JSOS and TDK wage out how can we not afford 1.5m for Butters?

Money should be there but the traded player becomes #1 on the salary scale at the club.
It’s the draft picks/capital we’re missing.

But the same was to apply to NWM and PTA’s approach, though they were lower on the ladder than STK plus he was OOC for a possible PSD raid with $2.5M season#1. However, don’t think either player would want their departing club to be uncompensated.

Mentoring is more about having a sounding board for ideas and concerns than it is having a teacher. Can't think of anyone who would be a better fit for Voss than Ken.

We need someone to further build up the team/club ethos & cohesion amongst the playing squad while being a conduit to the coaching group.
Think Ken could do that.
Then there’s the sounding board for all those at the club.
A football brain with proven player development and buy-in to complement Vossy’s program and the coaching team/football department.

Still need to implement a skills program / coaching for massive gains in this department of our game.

Contracted til the end of 2025 so we can still trade him but clubs might just wait and see if he is delisted after the trade period and get him for free. Mind you pick 62 has no draft points associated with it so if it's a pick like that we are giving him away for free anyway

It’s still a pick in the draft to replace the player traded, there’s also the possibility it comes in with all academy players being picked up earlier.
