Kamdyn McIntosh delisted by Tigers, could be handy. 30 years old, could provide some reasonable experience and cover, and be TDK's headband replacement in the side.

I admire your optimism but Our Ruckman, Centre Half Back and Key Forward all are gone or want out. We have been unable to manage an enormous talent in Holland and he is gone. I have seen absolutely nothing from Voss in 4 years to even dream that he understands a sytem suitable to modern Football.if this isnt a catastrophe, Im not sure what is. Ive followed this club through the good and the bad for 50+ years and Im disillusioned with the direction of the club. In that time we have gone from being the most feared club in the game to an actual joke.
I’m not going to tell you how to feel, you own that right. But for me, the Club in 2025 finished 11th. Probably should have been 14th or so except for 2 easy games to finish of the season.

Jack has been injured half of his career and not worth more that 650k imo, TDK wanted out only for money. Charlie has been living in fairy land all 2025 laughing and carrying on and not letting his football do the talking, and Elijah didn’t play a game this year, seems to have really made a bad impression on the staff and playing roster for certain reasons.

We aren’t the team of the 70s so I’ve let that go. We are a team in an 18 team sport trying our best, just like 17 others. Do we get it right all the time, hell no. But it seems with Wright only in the seat for a hot minute, that we are going to make significant changes. I think we all agree, changes need to be made.

For far too long, the tail has been wagging the dog imo. It’s time senior staff members put together a collective of players, coaches, and everything else that comes with a well run club.

I genuinely feel we have a couple of players lined up already that will make our team a more balanced outfit. Does that mean we play finals next year, who knows. But it’s time this team becomes a team rather than a pack of individuals.

Bring on change and stick fat. Because, why wouldn’t you?

1. E Hollands hasnt played ALL YEAR - who is that on Voss- and the inside story is that the PLAYERS banned him
2. TDK was gone as soon as the Aints decided to pay him 2X overs - did you want the Club to match ?
3. Silvagni is your AA CHB after a few dead rubber games is he - how much do you want the Cub to pay for his royal services? Which players on the list do you want Silvagni to steal from?

Im interested in the future and silvagni isn't part of it neither is the bloke with blondie hair that won a lottery - all for the silvagni hates Carlton circus gongon down at Frankston.

Where did I come at Voss? I'm lamenting the fact that we are going to lose a player in Hollands that makes us considerably better on-field. I tend not to get to caught up in the speculation - it is simply a shame that we have not been able to capitalise on bringing a very talented player to the club.

Yes the Saints were into TDK early, and I've stated numerous times we have no business matching it. Again, it's a lament that we are losing a type that transforms our game (and yes I'm talking about the pre self-preservation TDK). Earlier intervention by the club on both TDK and Jack may have yielded different results. Who knows? Sliding doors moments.

Dead rubber games? How odd. Would have thought games early in the season when we were fighting for finals count, but that's just me. I'm not the sort of poster that would highlight your multiple posts praising Jack's games in defense, but we both know they are there. I'd be happy for the club to pay fair market value...I'm sure all players would like to be paid comparably to peers.

Don't know about AA, but Jack certainly ranked high in a number of key defensive metrics pre-injury, and his stats compare very well to newly minted AA Josh Battle. Not like he is a world away.

You've bagged the Club out for actually doing the right thing.

Yep Jack played well in defense and earned himself a 4 year deal from Carlton - he rejected the deal SIMPLE mate. We move on. None of this is rocket science.

You cant replace rational economics with irrational economics.

I will back the clubs decision on Lemmey, Looked pretty good against a couple of very poor sides, but always seemed to have little impact

when playing against stronger opponent's. Maybe he has the talent to make it, just not the mongrel that is required at the highest level.

I'd like to see him train on as a KPD

Flanders is a good player, but I'm not sure he fits a need for us.
Very versatile can play any where on the ground

Played majority Half back and rotated on ball last year and had 680 disposals.

This year with Rioli coming into the team has played High half forward and small stints on the wing.
He missed most of pre season with. A back injury but looks like that has resolved now.

Best position would be Half back for us
Or full time mid rotating half back or Half forward flank.

I understand your concern but they're a bit exaggerated imo.

Voss got us to a prelim 2 years ago so he can do it, can he do it again going forward? No idea.

We lose TDK who has never finished better than 7th in our B&F. Obviously projected to be a star, but can we replace him with someone who just plays the role serviceably? Absolutely.

SOS averages 14 games a year. Cant be relied upon long term imo anyway (but I do really rate him).

Charlie is conjecture at this stage so I'm hesitant to comment. But if we lose him it would be for a kings ransom, so value coming in anyway. We also have Harry to hold the fort down, he'll just need some support.

Elijah is a tough one, what is the cost benefit of keeping him compared to letting him go? Club obviously feels the cost is too high so I'm comfortable with the decision.

I'm with you, I'm really not confident on the future of the club in terms of the board, coaching and overall winning culture. But imo the playing list needs a bit of a shake up. For too long we haven't been willing to make bold moves at the trade table with our own. I think we're heading in the right direction with these moves in terms of the list. I just dont think it's as important as the gameplan.

He's a mid. That's the whole reason he's open to a move.
Played half back and they paid up big to bring in 2 half backs to play that role.
