I need to preface this with āIām NOT a storm hater.ā They grate me at times simply because they have been as good as they have been for as long as they have been, but that owes more to the fact that they specifically have been so hard for my own team to beat particularly in big games since that famous grand final.
But I donāt dislike many if any of their players and I rate most of them I think reasonably fairly. Except for one.
NAS.
Has he ever actually been THAT good? Or does he just have a reputation because heās a giant? Because to me pound for pound heās never been much beyond a reasonable player. For someone of his size he should be an absolute wrecking ball. Aside from the odd big charge from close range I donāt think heās ever been that player. And given what he costs them - more and more these days - he definitely doesnāt repay it.

Always thought for his size he isn't that strong.
I always thought Cam Munster was a pretty decent defender, but he was very poor in that department. Pap too, was far from his best. Brisbane well-deserved winners. I didn't have a problem with most of the decisions, but then, I quite like Atkins, which I believe puts me in a minority here.
They were managing fine with Munster and Wisheart in the halves, for weeks.
They are useless aswell.

I know I watched, but in the cut throat semiās when the pressure goes up a gear theyāll come unstuck. Hope Iām wrong & they find a solution but Hughes is an elite HB & an important cog in Storm machine.

You can see why Penrith threw the game last week. Bulldogs wonāt get within 40 of the Storm and wonāt challenge Penrith in the 2nd week either, straight sets guaranteed
Vale Kieran Foran. I remember, years ago, on this forum, saying how much he was pea in a pod with his old team-mate Tommy. Neither were the greatest natural talents, but both were warriors that you'd want on your side.
