Just doin' my thing Ja-ba-da, ja-ba-daI think we'd need a bit more coming backI've figured it out.
Elijah and Motlop to Port for Zak Butters.
Nice and fair

I know the horse has probably bolted RE Merrett & Hawks, but offering up Curnow for him would surely make more sense than the Butters deal. We are going to get Reamed on that. Merrett for Curnow would almost be a straight swap with each club agreeing to take on the other's contract.Ok, so this is what I’ve been told:
- We’re in deep discussions with Butters.
- McGovern gone.
- Hinkley a big chance to come on board.

Now I know Butters is highly rated but there's no need to give players awayI've figured it out.

When journos talk about how much a player will be paid they take the $ figure from the single highest earning year across the life of the contract, add all the incentives hitting then add a bit of mayo on top of that.Butters is probably my favourite non-Blues player and even though I know it's a pipe-dream, a midfield of Butters, Smith, Walsh, Cripps (and then Walker) really makes my Navy bulge Blue; the caveat is he probably costs two top 10 picks (or equivalent) and $2million a year. Saints really broke the market for individual players this year; not convinced that'll translate to team success.
Why do people dismiss Cerra? Wow, had totally forgotten about those cartoons. Just magnificent!
Nah, over-hyped & vanilla I reckon. I can't even really say reliable. Why do people dismiss Cerra? I don't get it.
He is one of our best mids - when played there of course.
One of those eps has 'The Bed-Rod'. When i was a kid I so badly wanted a hotrod bed like that. lolWow, had totally forgotten about those cartoons. Just magnificent!
Why would Merrett come here, and why would we want a 30 year old (as good as he is) over a superior younger player?I know the horse has probably bolted RE Merrett & Hawks, but offering up Curnow for him would surely make more sense than the Butters deal. We are going to get Reamed on that. Merrett for Curnow would almost be a straight swap with each club agreeing to take on the other's contract.
What happens when Walsh puts his hand out next year?Butters would turn us into the best midfield in the league.
Id pay him 2mil a year also.
Because he has the disposal, an would come about 800k cheaper for a start. If you think we are such a poor destination, why wouldn't Butters choose Hawthorn or Geelong or Bulldogs? Why would Merrett come here, and why would we want a 30 year old (as good as he is) over a superior younger player?
He’ll be worth $4M per season for 7 years the way things are headingWhat happens when Walsh puts his hand out next year?
For those speculating on pick 6.
Cal Twomey's form guide had Dean at 8.
Ahead of him are Zeke Uwland, Dylan Patterson, and Daniel Annable who are GC, GC, Brisbane bound.
Key position players tend to rise going into the draft.
In my opinion there is a high likelihood of a club putting a bid in on Dean before pick 6.
Pay him 2 also. What happens when Walsh puts his hand out next year?
WTF is the President making list decisions..? Re: Elijah.Another PM
- Ken Hinkley to be at carlton in some capacity soon trying to work out role. Butters likely follow as loves Ken. Watch this space
- the Clubs stance on CC going is just talk. They also want him gone now, too disruptive and not committed
- Buku coming McGovern going
- Walsh has stood up in recent meeting and said if you don’t want to be here ****en leave and grow up and let us do what we want to do. Strong chance of replacing Cripps. He or Weitering, players to vote
- President has made decision on Elijah. Some wanted to work with him but he’s had too many chances and decision is final.
- SOS will bid on Harry Dean and trying to convince him to join st Kilda - club very dirty
- Motlop 50/50. Stays iF butters can’t land

Plan A would be to select Lindsay before Dean or maybe Grilj would be a reasonable plan B.For those speculating on pick 6.

Eddie is the opposite of supporting your players. Rob butt out and grow some substance about yourself.
Who had the mail on Liam Reidy?
He's requested a trade to Carlton.
