I’m not sure they are the way we’ve been moving on semi costly depth the last few years and not replacing them like for like.
I reckon we may have been duped on that good news story
Depth is hard to assess. We have had 3-5 more injuries than most finals sides this year. Everyone struggles when they are missing 6 plus best 22 players like we did for a lot of the season and it is magnified when out of our 15 best players maybe only Williams and Hewett had a season they would be happy with.

Medical has been mentioned…?

More information please? What beef dish is being served for the reason to leave?

Money…? Management feeding their client.
Beef wellington
Beef Wellington...

*Too early???
No not too early doco series already out also will probably be a Netflix series on Charlie at this rate

That is my question also.

Also, how do we square the “we’re going to give Elijah all the support he needs during this difficult time and make sure he knows we back him “ malarkey with “**** off and get a contract somewhere else”
How many more years of support do you think the Club owes him?

Just curious what assets do the hawks, cats and dogs have for port in a butters trade?

It’s unlikely but it’s not crap when we have picks to use and now cap space and people at the club that he has relationships with. The hawks are interested in Ken Hinkley so they can get Butters. Why doesn’t that apply to us if we get Hinkley?

Hawks have our 1st, our 2nd, will most likely get band 2 for Worpel and have Lewis on the outer they could possibly trade. Talk of McKenzie being gettable as well.

They have heaps of assets.

Have seen a few on here mention ‘Charlie requested a trade’

I have seen nothing anywhere, media, social media, TV of Charlie publicly requesting a trade.

All the noise has come apparently from his Manager D’Orazio from Connors Sports drip feeding the media.

Voss said straight up in his interview that Charlie raised the prospect of a trade. Not his manager, the coach said Charlie asked the question.

So funny that people were excited for the GW take over mid August (I assume because they thought voss was gone) but now moan because he's shaking things up and possibly getting rid of conditional players which has been a problem for a long time. Mix it up GW the tail has wagged the dog for too long
Yep Wright was a good bloke until his actions made a mockery of the whisperer's views now it is sAcK Wright watch. 😂 😂

I’m loving the tree getting shaken. Haven’t been this excited with the club since the preseason for 2024

None.

It’s just mealy mouthed rubbish.
All that support talk was at the start of the year....pretty obvious that someone hasn't kept to their side of the bargain(s)...it is a sad situation.

Yeah he’s going to turn into coaching genius thanks to GW 🤦

He’s going to suddenly play modern football and improve the team thanks to the recruiting of Cheshire, petrolchelly & can’t jump over a jam tin while losing TDK, JSOS & potentially our best forward etc While our best players age out … (sans Walsh who either signs now or causes uncertainty by delaying a signing into a free agency year)

IMO We are going backwards we could not get an easier draw than this year ?

Voss said straight up in his interview that Charlie raised the prospect of a trade. Not his manager, the coach said Charlie asked the question.
The exact quote from Voss -was that Charlie stated that "he was open to a trade" - bit what Charlie said or didnt say in his interview with the CLub is neither here nor there given his screaming banshee management's feeding of stories to journos.

IMO it is all abouty teh cashioa Charlie's management think could could earn somewhere else - double dip etc etc..and if Carlton has to cop a stale bag of chips and flat coke in excchange who cares?

Problem with that is - I dont think Wright is of the mind to start his career as CEO at Carlton by getting legged over by Charlie's pimps.
