He’s better than Newcombe so if anything he takes votes off him and already had someone taking significant votes off him in a side that finished 11th.

I thought the club rhetoric was a little heavy handed.

Just trade him - the Bombers if anything have been realistic the last couple of seasons - they are probably 2-3 years off being back in finals contention, they don't need to hang onto senior players with 1 eye on the door, let alone their captain.

It sucks, trust me I know, but you only need guys at the club who are up for the fight, not polishing their imaginary premiership medallions.

Nah, Oliver perhaps, considering he's only 27, but, Trac will be 30 by start time next season. I fail to see a premiership in that group for a while yet. May, Fritsch, Melksham, Viney ,gawn, McDonald are all good players in their right obviously but won't be around for the next push.
Expect both Hawks and pies to come strongly for Trac.
