That's pretty interesting. Neale i note has the same number of score involvements with 40 fewer sites at goal.Sure he kicked 71 goals, but only had 8 goal assists, wasn't great in the scoring chains and was a passenger for a lot of both finals because his play style isn't great when he isn't getting silver service i50s.
Richmonds best (ugh) was when they had 2 big forwards who either kicked goals or created for others. Hardwicks system requires forwards with some degree of flexibility.
But if GCS had a second decent KPF, then Kings goal return drops from 71 likely down into the 40s-50s as another KPF scores goals, but he lacks the skills to bump up the goal assists and score involvements which means when he has those games where the ball isn't hitting him lace out what else can he provide?
And I don't think King can evolve his game to be more involved, so unless Dimma has new and better plans in mind the risk if you back in King as your only KPF is what happened last night, because Long and Humphrey are too small and they had to roll Mac Andrew in there to solve the forward line issues at times in both finals (which bailed them out against Freo).
