Moderators will intervene for a couple of reasons.

If the Curnow trade goes through, we need to seriously consider our drafting strategy.

Our KPF stocks are very low and will be a disaster if Harry gets some more concussions and is forced to retire.

Dean and Ison aren't key forwards. And what will be our 3rd pick this year? We aren't getting a Coleman at that pick.

Are there any good key forwards in next year's draft? Do we forego Cody and take 2 x 1st round picks instead?

No way. I’d suspect Cody will spend the next ten years making us regret doing that.

I know there is a lot of unfair pressure on the kid but he’s that good.

He’s the reason I’ve come to terms with losing Charlie - because the club is readying for him with the appropriate draft capital.

I wonder if after all this with Charlie goes down his manager puts us front of the queue for Ben King who is a free agent next year and shares the same manager...

is the obvious big name Tall Free Agent next year, but I'd say we'd be looking at Walter or Gruzewski who are only early 20s but unlikely to play consistently next season.

We have Weitering & Young. We have Haynes Khamis Kemp Cowan that are more third talls but can play tall. Modern game is more mobility.

I think we will bring in a Phillips or Blight to help

O’Keefe ready to step up
O’Farrell looks to have it
Dean look very likely as a CHB

This on top of McKay

Be nice to have another 1 or 2 but compare to most lists it’s okay. They just don’t grow on trees. I’m sure we are looking

Go look on the AFL website, he’s been given approval to play AFL next year. I think they’re hoping for a “glorious return” by him to the AFL ranks. I don’t think that’s going to happen. If no state league side would touch him with a barge pole, what makes them think an AFL side would?

Easy big fella, st Kilda saw a crack and took it. Why was there a crack there? Maybe by trading or delisting players like Matty Kennedy, Cunningham and Williamson who were all in on our rebuild and growing together. Look at Geelong, They sign and keep people, there is no way players like Jed Bews and Zac Guthrie would ever last on our list

Cuningham spent much of the year running around at local level & had nearly 10 years on the list whilst showing little - **** it, may as well give him a few more. Lol
Williamson has ability but had & still has, a ****load of growing up to do.
Matt Kennedy requested a trade from his second side due to not being a walk up start in his preferred position.

When he took the time off for a “mental health” break a couple of years ago. I think an investigation was being undertaken… because shortly thereafter, we parted company with him. I think he signed on with the Roo’s VFL side, but didn’t play a game. He openly admits that he ****ed his own career sideways.
