As I've learnt over my years of travels, studies, work, meeting new people etc, there's 3 topics of discussion that can very quickly become derailed - and likely why 2 of them share a dedicated thread

If we think that the Tanner B situation is discussed in anyway without a full range of philisophical, religious, ethical, legal, personal thoughts and feelings underpinning our conclusions and opinions, then we are deeply ignorant.

And ignorance is a great ememy of truth and knowledge, especially when coupled with any sort of power - like "moderation" of websites.

As Einstein is quoted a s saying, "There is nothing in the world more damgerous than sincere ignorance and conscientious stupidity".

Therefore, reports of other actions he may have taken are irrelevant, as the others involved consented to those. Whether or not these other things led him to the false allegation of rape is just pure speculation. Stick to the facts.

Partially out of being in complete and total shock, partially out of being terrified to say no to the person, and partially out of not wanting to acknowledge that it was non-consensual and abnormal to themselves.
