Pretty much, I think 7 years on CA would probably admit they over reacted, the players should have got a Test each or a fine like any other nation.

And should have just come clean about the bowlers involvement to just get it over with.

It’s my test team he could be playing for and I couldn’t give a shit that he’s playing for England. He’s stuck it out over there, gone through 5 years of injury rehab in order to play test cricket, injuries that many suspect he picked up by being bowled into the ground on two flat pitches in NZ where he kept fronting up.

At some point grown adults in this forum will understand that people move and try and better their life situation and probably don’t really have to answer to you or anyone else for doing so.
