What a bizarre take.

Even if your position on his lack of specific cultural references in Melbourne is true (and given Melbourne as a whole is a fair bit more diverse than anywhere in WA I’d argue that’s a real stretch of an assumption) you have absolutely no idea of Liam’s own personal motivations.

He’s a pretty involved brand ambassador for an urban street wear company and from what I’ve seen has some involvement in hip hop stuff too. That would seem to be a much more active scene in Melbourne so maybe that’s what motivated him.

In any event he’s well aware of where he’s moved to and made that as a conscious choice so maybe give him a month in the joint before you start passing judgement on whether he’s gonna cope or not.

The promo video he made with that street wear company where he’s reading the lines off his phone is well executed and bloody hilarious — he’s clearly got a sense of humour the bloke!

Not getting it? with Tex Wanganeen.
Played 8 games with Port Melbourne f.c
Averaged 12.4 posessions a game without too many goals.
Had foot problems then needed both shoulders operated on.
If its sentimentality towards Nas
I'd rather they'd do it with Jackson Voss & his father Brett.
I think he was played in back pocket at Port Melb

Hi All, speaking with someone this morning who was VERY confident JSOS has reinsured his groin and could miss several months. Hope this is wrong, so for any of those track watchers would be keen to know if there’s any truth to this.

Lets hope its not the case, JSOS has had trouble with his body his entire career. If he doesnt start then I guess that provides more opportunity for Tauru and we also still have Caminiti who can play the tall swingman role.

All four players we traded in have a history of injury, our strength and conditioning staff are going to earn their salaries.

That reminds me.... my groin insurance is up for renewal.

I am currently watching back our season.

A few things

Cooper Sharman had a super year. With another key forward next year he will be super.

Alix Tauru, I know a lot of poeple have spoken about him, but some of his efforts were seriously rediclous for a first year player I think his courage does not get spoken about enough. So many occasion he would fly without care or go back with the flight. Just absolutely absurd.

Boxman is the other one. His marking is filthy. honestly for his size it is as good as anyone in the team.

will post moer as we go.

You pricks need to get out of Victoria and go to rural Japan

Ya'll probably thought Mitchito rode here on the back of Godzilla
Yeah, nah. Don't do that.

You'll either get attacked by a bear, or you'll get married to a beautiful woman who speaks not a word of English and be stuck there for life! Trust me on that. I haven't been attacked by a bear though, yet.

Same thing happened to me when I was in Port Pirie!

Listen guys, have booked a trip down to Melbourne early March to coincide with our first match @ the Gee!
Being one to always be prepared, I have a few questions.

1/ Does anyone know if there is training & if so, what time on Friday 6th March?

2/ I know we haven’t played much at the MCG but does anyone know where the best seats are, or should I go over to the Collingwood forum & ask them?

3/ Probably the most important, where is the best place to have a drink before the game? Being a pensioner, I’d probably prefer one that has $9 pints. 😏
strippers pre and post game at the royal on punt road,i think that is still going on,used to love the looks on the faces of the people in cars when 100 or so idiots took off out of the pub as soon as someone yelled out"GAME ON"once the last stripper had done her act & after the 97 prelim i saw the hottest stripper ive ever seen

cricketers arms is a stone throw away without the strippers

who has he insured his groin with? would be paying a high premium

Not sure if this a troll but there’s is less then 0% chance Armstrong plays rd 1. I think he’s played 4 vfl games maybe and looked borderline vafa at best. Not saying he won’t make it but let’s not take the piss right now.
Have to agree. Armstrong may be running around the ground with speed and is a big lad, but he is still trying to work out where to go and he is only doing those dinky Gaelic rules chip kicks that often fly over the head of the receiver. And that was what I saw last week at training. He has a long way to go to get out of the VFL squad.

I got attacked by a few bears in Sydney in the 80's. My fault for walking down Oxford St.

Now I’m going to have to stay sober until March, so I don’t forget 🤣

Now that you mention it. Haven’t seen him out on the track for a week or so in rehab or training whilst Max K and TDK seem to be progressing well with their rehab.

For raw acts Tauru was incredible. He's a work in progress and probably won't be a linear improver but on raw talent he's insane. He looked like a first year player at times but there is a heap to work off.

Sharma was good and got a lot of consistency in his effort and output. Boxshall was super impressive too.

Don't sleep on Hall either. What a debut season. Windy got better as the year went on too. A few guys could be massive improvers next year.
