Ferg's speech you could have just played last years speech and you wouldn't have noticed any difference.

We're a bit flat on how season panned out , we need to get better, we are aiming to be elite program and then shocker, a review is part of being a elite program. Lots of platitudes and acknowledgments and that's fair.

Libby and Mon on mic were genuine, summed it up and conveyed the mood way better, and with more sincerity, but to be fair maybe speeches are not Ferg's forte'
