After a flurry of meetings, Russia's war in Ukraine continues. So where is the peace process at?

Australia is weighing whether to send retiring Tiger helicopters to Ukraine, as Kyiv requests additional military support. This would be separate from a new funding package expected soon. The Tiger helicopters are in the process of being retired as Australia transitions to the US-made Apache fleet.

There is deep mistrust in Washington’s handling of the peace deal. EU leaders urged Zelensky to be very careful in the coming days as 'great danger' was looming.

Euro's weren't willing to provide guarantees in 2022 and the 'coalition of the willing' doesn't exist. They'll keep throwing weapons at it and decrying all peace deals until the capitulation though. Human rights, sovereignty, democracy and so on

At some point soon(the end is nigh) someone will ask whether it was worth it; For Zelensky to throw his male pop at the front, for the Euro's to burn their economy and social safety nets. Very dangerous question for anyone currently in political power*

-40% GDP spending on a delusional attempt to expand the Russian empire that nobody supports apart from Lukashenko & Kim Jong

-Wasting gold reserves on continuing Ukraine invasion.

-Destroyed Russia's natural resources income / wealth permanently. It will never recover to pre war levels. Russia has to sell natural resources at a discount to whoever it can.

-1.5 million casualties in a delusional attempt to recreate a Russian empire. Millions more of Russia's brightest minds fleeing the place permanently.

- Commercial aviation industry barely able to function due to sanctions and suspensions. An embarrassment for a country the size of Russia.

Basically thanks to Pedo Putin everything in Russia is now shit with the exception of piss.

And the longer it continues the worse it gets.

The only way I can see it being ended is a hero of Russia to assassinate Putin. He won't leave voluntarily and has absolute unchecked dictatorial power.
