I saw that, unbelievable. Couldn't credit a Muslim man with acting heroically.

Gold & silver have gone berserk over the last 12 months, gold up by 56% and silver by 96%.heck - saw that msn widget showing ASX -6.86% and nearly had a conniption, but it's just the stock price for the ASX itself, not the All Ords - that's only down 0.6%![]()
wtf is The Daily?
Sadly it seems to have been more of a Phil Walsh situation.Rob Reiner has gone the way of Gene Hackman
Ban all fruit shop owners.
I’ve never looked into that but it’s to late for me as I retire on the 30th of this month.Thank goodness for gold plated Commonwealth super defined benefit schemes, generous tax offsets and franking credits!
I wonder if that is the reason behind it, or if its just the fact that these sites are trying to get their reports out first at all costs.I saw that, unbelievable. Couldn't credit a Muslim man with acting heroically.
The S & P is up 14% since Trump was elected.I’ve never looked into that but it’s to late for me as I retire on the 30th of this month.
Truthfully super was doing well and had given a good return.
It’s only been fkd up since Trump got elected. He decides he
wants to do something crazy it can take thousands out of your Super in no time. Think about it one crazy fker who lives a zillion miles away can have so much influence on your superannuation.
Bit slow today Jimmy Passion Pop.We could call it I'M NEVER WRONG!!

Yeah but there was a big crash when he first announced the tariffs. The S & P is up 14% since Trump was elected.
Lol I remember asking Janus about Silver and he said it would never happenGold & silver have gone berserk over the last 12 months, gold up by 56% and silver by 96%.
Always happens when there's uncertainties in the world.
A gold saver account is a good long term investment![]()
Trump took a massive donation, for his latest run for President, from one Miriam Adelson. I cannot see him doing anything about Israel. The only good thing about Trump being Trump is he is unfortunately the most likely to do anything about Israel.
He won't, but he's the most likely president to be a loose canon.
Serious question - take out the big 6 or 7, Nvidia, Apple, Alphabet/Google, Microsoft, Facebook/Meta, Amazon and Tesla, and has the rest of the S&P moved upwards? The S & P is up 14% since Trump was elected.
That can change in a heartbeat.Makes me mighty grateful we live in sleepy ol' Adelaide
Sounds like some semi automatic shot guns were involved given the number of shots fired.

The final six minutes of the Bondi Beach terrorist attack
In the final horrific minutes of the Bondi Beach terror attack, more than 100 shots were fired. ABC NEWS Verify has analysed footage showing how the last six minutes unfolded.www.abc.net.au
Verified video shows the final horrific moments of the Bondi Beach terror attack, with more than 100 shots fired in the area in less than six minutes.
.....
The video, which is too graphic to play in full, was filmed about 50 metres away from the bridge where the alleged gunmen, Naveed and Sajid Akram, were positioned throughout most of the terror attack.
It shows 5 minutes and 52 seconds of the attack before Naveed Akram is critically injured, bringing the firefight to an end.
In that period, 103 gunshots can be heard in the audio: a mix of weapon discharges from both the alleged shooters and police.
.....................
5m 48s
Naveed Akram drops after appearing to be shot.
He gets up again and appears to take aim, but is again shot and falls to the ground.
He flails around and does not get up again, bringing the attack to an end.
6m 53s
A bystander begins to investigate if the alleged gunmen are dead or injured, and gestures to police to come over.
A man in shorts and a black shirt, who approached the bridge from behind, enters the crime scene and stands next to the alleged gunmen, putting his hands up as a shot rings out.
7m 8s
Police are seen approaching the shooting position from multiple directions.
The next few minutes, until the video ends, are chaotic.
A handful of police, who were just involved in the gun fight, desperately try to secure the scene and provide first aid, as bystanders approach from all directions.
At the same time, one man starts to physically assault another bystander.
Another is seen running into the scene multiple times to hit the alleged shooter on the ground.
One of the officers is called over to secure a firearm located nearby.
10m 42s
The video ends the same way: with police trying to secure a chaotic scene as bystanders continue to walk onto the bridge. [why the **** would you go and walk on the bridge and get in the way]
More police officers can be seen arriving, and the sounds of sirens can be heard.
Invest more conservatively then. You actually do have control. You just don't seem to understand what you are doing. I expect the world (economically) to blow up at some stage, it is inevitable. You'd be an Industry fund kind of guy, lets take Australian Super, their Stable fund, which is only 40% exposed to the market and 60% defensive has earned 7.30% in the last 12 months. Being 60% defensive means that if the share market does blow up, 60% of your money isn't directly effected and you are cushioned from too much damage. In retirement, if you have a half decent super balance (you can still have Half a mill in super as a couple, be a home owner and get nearly $45k in Aged Pension as well), as long as you don't spend like an idiot, its more than enough. Get a steady return of 6% with little risk, theres an extra $30k in investment earnings, without really touching your principal. $75k tax free income. No mortgage. Cheaper utilities, cheaper medicines, free public transport. A worker has to earn $100k to make $75 after tax. Full tote for everything, plus mortgage or rent. Kids too. No wonder everyone hates the boomers.Yeah but there was a big crash when he first announced the tariffs.
My super lost nearly 20k in less than a month.
It’s just crazy when his decisions can affect an average Joe working in Australia so much.
And you have no real control over it, if your young you can’t just take it out and do something with it your locked into it.
The government has too much control over your money.
This is our money as when pay rise negotiations happen the super is taken into consideration.
Yes you will get something like 8-9% long term but if your like me close to retirement these massive fluctuations can be quite concerning.
Likely got his info from the back of a taxi.Lol I remember asking Janus about Silver and he said it would never happen
Those 7 are frighteningly big/powerful/dominant.Serious question - take out the big 6 or 7, Nvidia, Apple, Alphabet/Google, Microsoft, Facebook/Meta, Amazon and Tesla, and has the rest of the S&P moved upwards?
Top of the AI ponzi pyramid. Tesla doesn’t make any sense at all. I do make money out of them, because it’s how the world works, but Tesla is a ****ing joke. Those 7 are frighteningly big/powerful/dominant.
