Any early season predictions after Christmas break? Like what l am seeing at my Panthers. Collegians possibly the early favorite. Have Old Ivanhoe improved their list?
Hearing your club might be making a couple more announcements carlton. I also hear OI have added some more depth. Collegians have lost quite a few though obviously were unlucky to drop and Frost is massive in many ways. Early days suggest this year may be similar to last year with 6 or so competing for finals. Maybe not as many as last year's 7-8 however

Oggs very resilient and will surprise a few.
They might be but OI have lost nothing. Old Carey added a heap and lost a couple. Beauy will be intriguing - could be anything and Willy have lost a couple but have the best young tall forward in the VAFA. OGs will have to surprise a lot

Really? What about Pat Naish to the VFL? fair loss

As above- Charlie and that will reduce their midfield depth but he will play games and PNaish, Murphy, Mclean, Mclean is just a slightly handy ball winning group
so they have lost something from a team that couldn't get it done when it mattered last year .. didn't oggs beat them at pine lodge last year ?

Look we are all just pissing in the dark aren't we? Just some fun and speculation. We'll have something real to go on around 6 rounds in but even then injury can hit. Most opinions except for the occasional troll are as worthy as the next

Zane Cochrane committed to Old Carey. Will be on Coburg VFL list.
Very good pickup. Probably won't play a heap of Coburg. My concern for OCar is your lack of height or depth in key positions. You have a mass of midfield and utility depth and quality but very little KP height.Grant is a massive recruit but think he may be Port Melbourne's no1 ruck.

Practice Matches

De La v Yarraville Seddon 14/3 (Seniors & 19's)
De La v Albury Tigers 21/3 (Seniors)
De La v Uni Blues (U/19 Only)
De La v Beaumaris (Triple Header) 11/4
Have De La picked up any full timers to offset the likes of J Williams et al leaving?
