I think we might have gone in with the identical defensive setup, think I remember reading in the planning thread you had Newman, Smith, Williams, Ridley, Clark, Duursma too? I only made the call in the last few days to go in with Newman instead of Lloyd figuring he might average around the same for almost $200k less. Hopefully he keeps up the form from last night

Yep that’s it. Fingers crossed it works for us!

I actually think Lloyd will have a good year and improve his average on last year, but Newman priced at 76 with a history showing he can go 110+ often enough. TOG% for career also in the 70s whereas he should get 90% at the Blues as Simpson does. Value was too good to pass up.

Have had captain on Treloar most the preseason but realised I have 8 players playing tonight (7 on field). That's enough excitement for one night so to preserve my years left on this earth I'm gonna shift my captain to Brayshaw.

Does anyone else hate the green thumbs up, no entry sign and purple people used to show selection status? Actually, who else hates the entire layout this year? It's been pretty good for a long time but the current format is painful to look at.

Gone backwards on last year at a rate of knots.
Some of the key features it's missing are deplorable.

i think it's terrible, who ever desgined the layout and colour scheme shanked it right out of bounds...

I personally went for Scott on the field, feel he can rack up more possessions whereas Atkins will probably rely on tackles.
Freo stink as well, so Scott should triple ton.
