Punters really don't have any idea. So many good signs in your team coming into a brand new season, and all these scrubbers wrote Gold Coast off 8 months in advance.

It was similar for us in 2015; everyone said we were garbage after letting Griffen go and sacking McCartney, and we respond by telling all those people to get ****ed and made the finals.

I think Dew recognises the lack of class and has really drilled into them a defensive system that gives them the best chance to compete.

The best thing about the 2 games so far as that we haven't ran out of puff in the 2nd half and have kept coming.
