Just watched the last minute again. Luke Ryan should've received a 50 metre penalty for encroachment into the protected zone against Murdoch, which would've given him a shot on goal to win the game. But I'm glad he didn't. Imagine that ****ing shit rule deciding a football game.

On the hawks/doggies game, I get that a lot here hate the hawks a lot more than I do, but regardless...

The last time the dogs got this sort of umpire treatment they won the flag. This is concerning. I still don't believe for one second there wasn't money involved in the rigging of 2016

Playing all of Hogan, Lobb, Taberner, McCarthy and Darcy in the same side is overkill. They should drop Darcy, get Lobb into the ruck which is the only position he's actually good at despite him apparently not liking it, and rotate him with Taberner.

Port made no effort to keep him. Refused to increase the initial insipid offer presented to him. I don't consider him a mercenary. He made the only choice he could, and it will hurt us for the next half decade.

What did Collingwood do to keep DeGoey hey? Nothing. They gave him a 2 year contracts and he stayed in spite of what was being thrown at him from elsewhere.
