North get their first win and no injuries, no chance Bailey Scott comes back in

Another useless rookie bites the dust...
He'll be back.

In the future or next week? I'm talking about next week specifically

T Thomas?
It is may not be this week but I'm sure it won't be too many weeks

Everybody trading Balta out. That means he's going to fluke a 80+ game soon lol

He will keep playing until Jack or Grigg come back, so he has every opportunity to fluke something out of his ass

Sydney this week, watch him kick 4 against that rabble

I kept Menadue for that 130, I'm praying like fugg it happens again!

Faulta can rott at F8 all year for all I care.

Balta statistically had his best game this week

35 in DT, didn't transition over here though...

He likely goes for Hore for me, but will need to see teams first, Setterfield might be in trouble for a tackle, Parker and his ankle/calf etc

I'm not bothering chasing points, my team is well placed generally, just gotta get the rookie calls right

Don't think Stack is must have, every chance Scott comes back and out scores him, Ross for next week looks better though should he keep his spot

Lots of rookies did well in the 2's on the weekend

Midfielder Tom North had 28 disposals for a second successive week in Peel's 17-point loss to West Coast.
Draftee Luke Valente played his first match for the year after battling a groin injury and had 19 disposals and six tackles
Draftee midfielder Jackson Hately finished with 27 disposals for the second week in a row
Nick Hind had a day out against the Box Hill Hawks, racking up 41 disposals as he gets nearer a senior debut. His speed and ability to break the game open was a feature and his weight of performances are getting difficult to ignore
James Rowbottom three goals + 26 touches

aaaaand they're all mids....... :(

making $100k from a rookie to rookie trade this year will have to be enough I suppose

All mids yes, and watch them all play forward pocket when they eventually get picked.

I am so looking forward to his 27 this week

He made it halfway Shakey, lol. Gives away too many free kicks the clumsy git.

Just need to decide whether to trade his arse or let him rot at F8 and hope he pulls out a decent score sometime.

I moved bualta to parker umm yeah hes a 100k more but BE 50 this week ....
Maybe not the best trade.

Hore to scrim yeah scrim making money but if Hore stays in nil all draw and a trade burnt...

Fuuuu rookies..

Josh Corbett kicked 3.3, had 18 touches and took 10 marks in his NEAFL debut. $123,900 Forward, mature age player from Werribee in the VFL last year.
Injury interrupted preseason so he might play a couple games in the NEAFL to before he gets selected.

Corbett kicked 3 in his first game back from injury in the NEAFL.
Had about 10 marks

In the seniors
Burgess was horrible forward and ended up being swung back where he looked actually competitive.

Lukosius won’t last long.

Corbett in for lukosius soon with burgess playing back.

What’s the go with Liam Baker’s JS? Looked the goods from what I saw against port.
Looked great
Took butlers spot and looked twice as hungry
Until butler does something in the twos that warrants selection I see Liam staying in. Should see the next 4/5 games as a minimum
Bolton a tad more shaky js but way more X factor
Tiger rookies looking the goods with these injuries Bar Spud Balta who’s reputations will always be supercoach related regardless of the player he becomes lol
Rance looked as bad as him early days too. People have short memories though

What about Stack and Ross? I feel as a ball winner Ross will be decent, just does he get a decent stint in the guts for a whole with Cotchin and Dusty to return?

And in the 3 games he played last year, he averaged about 45.

All tiger rookies have JS problems.
Be interesting to see if Baker or Bolton is the one to go this week.
Dont forget that Richmond have this stupid 4 day break after the swans game.

Is Baker playing forward pocket\half forward?
