How do you not get the difference. Inciting violence is actually a crime and against the law.

If someone tweets that they believe that a thief's hand should be cut off as punishment.It is just not the same thing. I have tweeted about 17 reasons we should bring back capital punishment. Number 1 are people who are loud on early morning trains .

Ah bullshit, he did nothing of the sort. Bandanna Man never got anything right and he hasn't opened his account here.

Folau didn't single out homosexuals for special treatment, he simply included them among a list of sinners as defined by his religion. And not even at the top.

If the Bible is the word of God, then God says homosexuals are sinners. Take it up with him/her.

When you say I believe this is does not say to the other person you are therefore wrong in your belief. It is an expression of what you believe and not commentary on what others believe.
Issy stated it as fact taking that aspect out, you are all going to hell . No consideration given for that persons belief.

You should definitely believe in a book written by 66 different men who spoke different languages over hundreds, if not thousands of years and has been translated quite literally thousands of times subsequently.

You should also believe a man named Methuselah lived until he was 969 years old and that some guy called Jonah lived inside a giant fish for three days and three nights.

Plus, you should believe that all homosexuals are going to Hell and that the growing of two different crops in the same field is a capital offence.
 
Why not science has billions of authors still trying to come to same conclusion

Many people lived to an old age until ad only then did no man live past 135 except a few instances

And I'm worthy of hell to its only Gods grace and forgiveness that saves me am do I deserve heaven heck no

I know you will disagree and that's fine but I'd rather believe that there is hope for eternity rather then belive all we do is for nothing

Any way it's irrelevant what I think or say im no one special in a sinner who needed saving

There is a world of difference between someone saying "show me evidence for your belief" versus "Repent or burn in hell".

Feel free to show me posts from an atheist saying "You must be an atheist or you are evil". There might be a handful and I'd argue that they are wrong. As I (and many others) have said through the thread, people are free to believe whatever they want.

The difference is we Christians don't get offended call us whatever do what ever you want to us say what you want about us it's fine we know that none of you ever offer offence so why take it and for that I thank athiest for being much bigger people that I could ever be

2. Some high profile Christians took some pretty serious offence to Pell being called a pedophile despite what the court found.

Can’t shake the feeling that some people in this thread may have criticised Adam Goodes in the past for bringing politics into football....
