ROB has been kicking like that since he's been on the list, it was as predictable as anything.

Jenkins is literally a professional goal kicker.

I don't accept that the inevitable conclusion of 'they never drop these players' is 'therefore they are performing well on some secret metric'. There are other, far simpler, explanations when considering that these players don't show up in best and fairest votes either.

You cant have 22 guns in your team there is a salary cap

JJ is on above average wage but nothing that matches the better players

not defending JJ at all his kicking was bad as were many players and that is the players fault

delivery into the I50 isn't his fault and he is obviousy told to play deep it stands out like dogs balls, so don't expect to much from him f the is the case

Making bare assertions is not the same as proving something.

I don't accept he's being coached to stand behind his opponents and not contest marks. Prove it.

I don't accept your claims about his wages. Prove it.

Your logic is essentially 'I supported his selection because he's not very good or important'. If you can't see the problem with that thinking, we should end this right now. I don't have the patience for it this week.

Nothing can be proven by you or me, the game plan is that held by the coach, how JJ is instructed to play is between him and the coach, the only assumption I am making is that he is not being dropped because of a number of reasons, he is doing as the coach instructed, the coach doesnt feel there is anyone better on the list to replace him with, or he simply isnt getting opportunities in the forward line, what are your assumptions? They need to be backed up by some reasoning and please bring that old cherry out that he has photos of the coach and if you do take your tin foil hat off.

As for JJs wage you cant prove it nor can I, but you are the one throwing that one out first, not me I was responding

Which is why I looked at under 25s and did not include Brad (still not close) and Laird.

Who is really a potential AA? Fogarty? Seriously? Jones? There is no way we can say that yet. Doedee we can because he has the runs on the board. The rest of our list are guesses. Even Milera. His ceiling might be AA level, but cripes, he ain't there yet and as a 50 gamer I'd like him to be closer than he is.

Yes agreed but lets be honest

Mackay has not only been killed abd burried not only once but 1000000000 times

The thing is we don’t know how good the list is and whether it’s the end of an era because we haven’t tried enough of the list.

Pyke, Campo etc are conservative.

Our club places more priority on winning dead rubbers than thinking of the future.

Proof? Last year our season was shot and what did we do? Play senior players over youngsters. We took until the last game of the year to try Himmelberg, what did he do? Kicked 2 and looked promising.

This year, we prioritised playing Douglas at half forward than giving McHenrey a go in the JLT.

We can’t mess with our senior key forwards so we try to turn Fog into a SANFL defender.

The list goes on.
