Definitely a love or loathe band.

Liddiard is a great lyricist but I can't stand his voice. Shark Fin Blues is a great song but that's it . The same reason I can't get into Tropical **** Storm despite their acclaim.

I didn't know The Drones were a WA band, they were one one of those WA bands that moved to Sydney or Melbourne before they made it big in Perth.

Jebediah were big in Perth before they cracked the Eastern States.




They were big in 1996 here, the rest of Australia only caught on in 1997.

I'm surprised no Midnight Oil, Nick Cave, Cold Chisel etc.

All those artists have kind of been nommed to death lol. Not that they aren't good, cause they are.

If the person who nommed H&C had nommed 'True Tears of Joy' they'd have gotten votes from me Not that I dislike Holy Grail, just been overcooked.
