I think the question is who are considered the biggest chokers of recent years - Brisbane or Port? 1 win from 6 home finals (including 1 prelim) or 2 home prelim losses in a row?

Port at least had a crack in the third quarter even though in the end the scoreboard result was 0.

Geelong turned a 5 goal half time deficit into a 13 goal 3 quarter time deficit. If not for the absurd umpiring in the QF they would've been on the end of two 10 goal losses this year.

I’m struggling to think of any worse than this.

Yeah, favourites have lost Prelims before when they’ve been expected to win (us in 1999 for example) but I can’t remember such an insipid performance by a favourite.
