Ward and MacDonald also. We're continuing to bring in quality people by the sounds of it, aren't we? Stephens, Meek, Amon, Kade Simpson... all just seem likeable, clubmen-type guys.

Loves Burgers = we love himI think I'm falling
He could have #19. Otherwise #10 so he can be really close to it in the locker room. He'll be taking #9 from CJ's cold, dead hands...

Big Burgoyne fan.
He'll start with 19, then tear the '1' off his jumper 5 minutes before the start of every game!He could have #19. Otherwise #10 so he can be really close to it in the locker room.
Wow right on.
UncannyFor those of you wondering what Dawson did when he moved away from the creek...

Love that gif...have used many times when someone has given me an earfull.
That's from when he was still a Geelong player...
No suprise , a few of us had been trying to say that was the case when we got him .Comforting to hear Sammy saying we were in to this kid for a while and expecting to make a play for him next year but managed to get him early. I think we may have a player here.

Trust, I've followed him closely and saw him play a few games for Geelong and liked the look of him. It's just when it comes out of Sam's mouth like that, it really hits different. No suprise , a few of us had been trying to say that was the case when we got him .
Will be a player![]()
That “schmuck” was a star quarter back who led his High school team to the National Championships- respectGive the kid a break, he doesn’t deserve to be compared to that schmuck

Here’s hoping.Comforting to hear Sammy saying we were in to this kid for a while and expecting to make a play for him next year but managed to get him early. I think we may have a player here.
So the forward group will be known as the 'Mitchell/Hale Collective' then - yeah ok, got a ring to it ... !!!I'm hoping he is that sort of player that will thrive on more responsibility. With his highlights I thought he looked very promising in and around the contest and some sharp disposal by both hand and foot. It is also going to be more about how he works in a mix with the others as well as him as an individual, and that is what is most exciting about 2023, is what Mitchell/Hale do with the collective group we have developing together. The addition of Meek, Amon and Stephens have been spoken about much less than our departures, as has the fact a whole heap of our players are going to be collectively improving at once after another pre-season together.
That’s not how it works….unfortunatelySo, we banked 3 first round picks in one draft?? May as well upgrade our draft haul to a C+ then?
Say what? That’s not how it works….unfortunately
I think you missed his point entirely. He was referring to the draft rating of D given us by some dickwad, and Stephens makes 3.That’s not how it works….unfortunately
