Poor decision making all over.

Pretty sure we have a group of players with limited footy IQ. To have TOB take the kick in with 3 odd minutes left when a point down is just dumb.

Some of the dumbest football I've seen played this season. Countless kicks to a congested forward line and it didn't change all night. Suns much more efficient tactically, spreading from stoppages and kicking to open forward line: the way the game should be played.

It’s time to put a permanent line through McNeil and O’Brien. O’Brien has an incredible ability to create goals out of nothing for the opposition. There’s been worse recruits on a base salary, but for someone offered an actual contract I can’t think of anyone worse.

Take a bow Matt Rowell. Suns would have been robbed not to win that in the end. We are absolutely middle of the road and I think (even though Bevo is a gun coach) we desperately need a new voice to reinvigorate our team.

I don't agree , how you can say we are in the middle of the road when we could have been top 4 with a win and after we went just went 7/8. I know it's a frustrating loss but that mentality just takes the pressure off when we should be fuming that we lost that. We are not middle of the road we have a very talented roster that should be competing for a top 4 and has been. One game doesn't change that.

What a pathetic effort by almost everyone involved.

Coaching and MC was horrific. That team selection could be taught in the “how not to win in Darwin” section of the AFL coaching manual.

So many players made stupid decisions in the first half in particular. Gifting goals in wgat was obviously going to be a lowish scoring game was pathetic.

Every time there’s a decent run with this team we get kicked in the teeth. I’m glad my boys are in bed and can’t be disappointed in real time by this fraud of a team.

We'd gone right back to the good old days when no-one had the balls to take a pop at goal, so they handballed to a teammate in a worse position. So that they could tackled or kick it OOF.

A very winnable game. Dale and O’Brien’s shocking turnovers late in the first and fourth quarters, some shocking shots at goal, Naughton’s flag and Hannan’s glory run were all bad moments.

7-4 at the mid way point isn’t bad and we’ve got a lot of games at Marvel. Very annoying though.

Stupid game to give away when we have Geelong and Port next. How Hannah gets a game in 2023 I'll never know. Starting Gardner, ToB and JoD in the same backline makes no sense at all. Thank God we had Jones otherwise it wouldn't have been close at all.

Won’t count our chickens but Geelong are in a spot of bother at the moment. It’s not the Geelong of 2022 for the time being.

I am in the Suns deserve credit camp on this one. They were hard at it and have talent all over the park. They could push for Top 4 next year.

Effort was there, maybe one road trip to many. If we are serious we win the next two under the roof. But - and this might be unfair - I feel until Naughton sorts his kicking I think we will be stuck in the 4-6 range.

Naughton really cost us tonight. Needs to just nail his shots. Very bizarre game all round from him. Giving away 50m penalties, bad decision making etc etc. Pretty unlike him.

Still unsure about the JOD selection. He looked better tonight but for team balance something has to give.

He only played for 5 minutes but still managed to **** it up. Hats off to Hannan
